Very professional was impressed with their staff and the way they handled our project. Appointment was set, confirmed, and reconfirmed which was a nice touch. As promised the crew contacted us about 30 minutes prior to arriving and they showed up on time. There were two of them and they worked very efficiently while taking extra steps to protect door edge moldings etc., and furniture that could not be moved.

Sam and Ray did a terrific job on my carpet. The light beige carpet came out beautiful. All the spots were removed and the brightness restored. An added bonus was how quickly the carpet dried! Both gentlemen were very professional and efficient.
My bredroom carpet was a mess, mainly from my dog who suffered from kidney failure. I called ChemDry to restore the carpet and Sean did a fantastic job. The urine spots are gone and the whole deep-pile, off-white carpet looks like it was just installed. Great service from a really good company. I highly recommend Oregon Chem-Dry.

We don't even bother searching for groupon or local deal sites because we are SO happy with Chem-Dry. We had our carpets cleaned today by Brian, he gave outstanding customer, showed up on time and the carpets look better than new NO JOKE.
